Payment Terms & Conditions

Overview
These Payment Terms (“Payment Terms”) apply to all purchases made from Gloria Zhang & Associates Ltd. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through gloriazhang.com and paidtoheal.com (the “Sites”) for any coaching/consulting, 1:1 services, done-for-you services, courses, digital products, memberships/communities, events, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By purchasing any Service, you agree to these Payment Terms, our Terms and Conditions, and our Refund Policy.

1) REFUNDS
We do NOT offer refunds under any conditions.
2) PRICING & CURRENCY
Prices are displayed at checkout in [USD] unless otherwise stated. If you purchase from outside the currency shown at checkout, your bank or card provider may apply exchange rates and fees. You are responsible for any such fees.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed.
3) ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
We accept payment through third-party processors, including Stripe and PayPal. Your payment information is processed by the provider and is generally not stored by us.
4) PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By submitting payment, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the payment method you provide for:
The total amount shown at checkout (including any taxes, where applicable); and/or
Any recurring subscription charges; and/or
Any payment plan installments you select.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to keep your payment method up to date.
5) ONE-TIME PURCHASES (PAID IN FULL)
For purchases paid in full, payment is due immediately at checkout. Access/delivery is provided as described on the checkout page, order form, or confirmation email.
6) PAYMENT PLANS (INSTALLMENTS)
If you choose a payment plan:
You authorize us to charge the installment amount on the schedule shown at checkout and/or in your agreement (e.g., monthly).
You are responsible for making payments on time.
Access to Services may be contingent on successful payments and may be paused or revoked if a payment fails (see Section 8).
Payment plans are not “subscriptions” unless explicitly stated. Payment plans are a commitment to pay the full amount.
7) SUBSCRIPTIONS / MEMBERSHIPS (RECURRING BILLING)
If you purchase a subscription or membership:
Your subscription renews automatically on the billing interval disclosed at checkout (e.g., monthly) until you cancel.
You can cancel future renewals using the cancellation instructions provided at checkout, inside your account portal (if applicable), or by emailing support@bygloriazhang.com.
Cancellation stops future billing. Unless otherwise stated, you will retain access until the end of the current paid billing period.
We do not provide prorated refunds unless required by law or explicitly stated in writing.
8) DONE-FOR-YOU / IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES (IF APPLICABLE)
For done-for-you services, payment terms may include milestones, deposits, or staged payments, as disclosed in your order form or written agreement. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing:
Work begins after the first payment clears (or after deposit/payment-in-full is received).
Deliverables, timelines, and revisions are governed by the applicable scope of work or agreement.
Client delays (e.g., late approvals, missing assets, late feedback) may extend timelines and do not pause payment obligations unless explicitly agreed in writing.
9) FAILED PAYMENTS, LATE PAYMENTS, AND ACCESS SUSPENSION
If a payment fails (e.g., declined card, expired card, insufficient funds):
We may re-attempt the charge automatically.
We may suspend or revoke access to the Services (including course/community access, scheduled calls, DFY work, or deliverables) until the account is brought current.
If your account remains unpaid, we may cancel your enrollment/subscription and/or terminate the agreement, subject to any refund policy and applicable law.
If a payment is more than 14 days overdue, we may charge interest at 10%, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10) TAXES
Where applicable, taxes (including GST/HST or other sales taxes/VAT) may be added at checkout. You are responsible for all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
11) REFUNDS
We do not offer any refunds.
12) APPOINTMENTS, RESCHEDULING, AND NO-SHOWS (FOR 1:1 SERVICES)
If your purchase includes live sessions (e.g., coaching calls):
Rescheduling requests must be made at least [24/48] hours in advance, unless otherwise stated.
If you miss a session or arrive late, the session may be shortened or forfeited and may be treated as a no-show.
We are not obligated to provide makeup sessions for no-shows unless explicitly stated in writing.
13) CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you have a billing issue, contact us first at support@gloriazhang.com and we will try to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback instead of contacting us may result in:
Immediate suspension of access to the Services while the dispute is investigated; and
Ineligibility for future purchases, at our discretion.
We reserve the right to provide documentation to the payment processor to respond to disputes, including proof of purchase, access logs, delivery confirmations, and communications.
14) PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS, AND COUPONS
Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively unless required by law. Promotions may have terms, limits, and expiration dates as stated at the time of offer.
